Are sewing machine cords interchangable by brand?

Sewing machine cords are not generally interchangeable. Some are hardwired but for the ones that can remove many of them are physically incompatible. Even if they do fit it's not a good idea to use another brand's adaptor. There may be voltage differences that could damage your machine, cause shock, or in the worst case, a fire.

No the machine cords are not interchangable by brand. But I mean if you mean that can one cord be used for another machine that is of the same brand then it may work but sometimes it doesn't . Some machines by models are interchangeable and some are not though sadly.
