Are Phillips plasma televisions good?

Yes. They are excellent TVs. Phillips was one of the first manufacturers of the plasma television and they really set the standard in that area of the industry. They have a great picture quality and I highly recommend them.

Yes, Phillips plasma are good, but you must be careful, becoause the plasma technology is obsolete and is being replaced for LCD/LED tvs.

I have done loads of research on plasma televisions, and I would NOT recommend Phillips as a preferred brand of television(plasma or LCD). The picture quality just is not the quality of an LCD television(or the new LED). If you go Plasma, get Sony or Samsung. Hope this helps you out!

To determine if Phillips televisions are good you would have to think about what you are looking for in the TV. All Plasma TV's have their problems but in my experiance I have never had a problem with a Phillips product. They make quality products and the company has been around for quite some time.

Phillips is an okay brand, but there are better brands out there. As far as plasma televisions go, there are better options out there. I recommend an LCD.

They can be good TV's. But... They are not the best TV's that you can get. I'd say try to stick with the Sony.
