All spiders have some sort of venom inside of them. They use this to help defend them when under attack or hunt. This venom however is not harmful to humans. Although some spiders are deadly to humans, the orange spider isn't. So you have nothing to worry about with orange spiders.

Almost all of the orange spiders have venom used to incapacitate their prey during meal time. Though their type of venom is not that harmful to humans unlike those of the black widow and recluses. When bitten by orange spiders, their sting with venom can cause mild pain and inchiness though dangerously insignificant.
