Are old golf carts okay to buy?

Old golf carts are definitly okay to buy. Just do your research check them out, take them for a ride . If they are gas powered open the engine compartment up and you can see if it was well maintaned.If they are electric check the condition of the motor. In most cases new batterys are needed for electric carts.

It really depends on teh condition of the old golf cart and how well it was taken care of. If taken care of they last for rather a long time.

As with any vehicle there is little risk in buying a used one if you know what to look for. Do you homework before going to look at one so you know what to look out for. If it seems too good to be true then it probably is.
