How do you replace golf cart tires?

I believe that golf kart tires are easier to install than a car tire. I would imagine though there is a special tool available to make mounting and un-mounting easier.

It is the same as a regular car but it is probably easier because the wheels are smaller and also is the car that needs to be pushed over.
