Are Ganglion cysts hard like a bone in your feet?

No. Ganglion cysts are merely nodules filled with a thick fluid. They are actually movable and fairly soft when pressed on. Something bone like is not a Ganglion cyst.

Yes. Ganglion cysts are extremely hard. I thought I had a bone but actually had it xrayed and its definately a cyst, just very, very hard. They can be surgically removed.

When you push against them, they may give a little. They are firm, though. They are softer than a bone. These cysts are fluid filled which makes it easier to understand that they are not that hard. Because increased activity makes these cysts increase in size, they will feel bigger and harder.
