Are beaches in Guatemala nice?

Guatemala hasn't the money to put into the development and upkeep of beaches. Monterrico is considered to be the best beach, but it is not "resort" quality.

Guatemala is not known for its beaches, although they are undeveloped, unspoiled and quite beautiful with black sand from the volcanic activity. The Pacific coast has the better beaches, but they are known for rip tides and strong undertows. Monterrico has the best, most beautiful beaches, including Hawaii Beach, which is part of a nature preserve.

Guatemala isn't a beach destination, but the beaches they do have are covered in cool black sand from their volcanoes. Monterrico is the nicest beach close to Guatemala City, within a couple hours drive. Also near Monterrico is Hawaii beach that contains a nature reserve and animal sanctuary. Chulamar also has some nice beach spots.

Guatemala has not developed its beaches for tourist business. Avoid the east coast. Instead, head to Monterrico on the Pacific coast. You will find black sand, hammocks and quiet.

Like any other large city or country, some beaches are extremely nice, and others not so much. You will want to stick to the beaches where tourists go.

Oh of course. Their beaches are so beautiful. You will love them. I went on the beach in the mornings and I was able to meditate due to the nice and serene atmosphere there. I really liked it and I think anyone else would also enjoy going there as well.

There are quite a few beaches in Guatemala - the country has coastline on both the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. The beaches on the Pacific (West) side of the country are more accessible, but can be not so attractive and are often crowded. The Caribbean side of the country is harder to get to, but has nicer beaches.

yes of course. The beaches in the guatemala is very beautiful to see it. Where we can see beautiful sights such as mountains ,seas,resorts,rocks and good hotels. The beaches in the guatemala is beauty of god

Yes,the beaches in Guatemala are quite nice,and you can see different wildlife that is not found in the United States.Some are near mountains for added photo oppertunities.
