Bandeau swimsuits for men have very innovative designs and are becoming popular, but they still are less popular than Speedos and not very frequently used by expert or professional swimmers. Bandeau is more popular among female swimmers.

Were speedos ever really popular? I would think just about anything other than speedos would be a wise choice on anyone's part.
