Are all cars built with an automatic transmission now?

No not all cars are built with auto transmissions, for example an audi R8 is available as a stick shift or the new r tronic gearbox. I dont know where you got this idea!

Most cars are built with automatic transmissions, but manual transmissions can be found. A manual transmission is found more on a sporty car or a 2 seater. I know that the new mustang and camaro have that availbility on there car. There are also some trucks which include a manual transmission.
