The vibration can be caused by your brake rotors being warped. If they are warped, the brake pads will not be flush against the rotor.

When a car has a fuel delivery problem, such as a bad pressure regulator or throttle position sensor, it can cause shaking while stopped and in gear.

This is likely caused by the brake booster putting load on the engine causing the idle to dip too low, which causes it to vibrate, shaking the car.

it sounds like the car may have an engine misfire. this can be caused by many things. the best way to check is to use a scanner on the computer.
