Why does my dog's stomach make a loud rumbling noise?

Normally when there if formation of gas in the stomach the noise will come in the stomach. When the food is not given at the correct time and the stomach is empty the rubmling noise will come. You can better consult the doctor or you can give him a general dige syrup which can control the noise.

A dogs stomach will rumble for the same reason a human's does, as part of their digestive process. He is digesting his meal.

This might be because of gas formation in the stomach. Give a healthy diet which includes lot of fibers. Having fiberous food helps avoid gas formation and helps in constipation.

Your dog might have eaten something it's not used to and it upset its stomach a bit. It also might be having gas and that could be what you're hearing.

can I give my 9yr yorkie an antacid as her stomach is growling and she is not eating which is unusual
