Dog's stomachs make gurgling noises when they are digesting their food, just like other animals and humans. It means they are passing gas and making gas bubbles in their stomach.

Dog's stomach make weird noises just like humans. The stomach of a dog digests the food that it has eaten. Gases and digestive juices churn in the stomach that aid in the process of digestion. As a result gurgling noises may be heard. At times it might be more active, depending upon the the type on food that was consumed.

The noises are probably just your dog digesting food or noises he makes when he is hungry. Maybe he is gasy. Have you switched food recently when the noises began?

Your dog's stomach could be slightly upset if he ate something unusual in the last few days, or he could be having gas. Sometimes dogs have gas if they ate something they're not supposed to.

The dog is very hungry. The stomach is growling. Please feed the dog some yummy dog food. Some dogs like food that people eat.

A dog's stomach makes digestive noises just like a human's stomach does, and for the same variety of reasons. After a mammal eats, it stomach can make noises in the digestive process, or sometimes an empty stomach can make noises indicating an absence of food.
