First, check to make sure that the washer has fully completed the load, or you are not mixing loads. Some washers have automatic detection sensors for dampness and weight. Make sure you're washing the correct load, and not overfilling the washer. Also, it might be a specific error code that can be found in the manual.

Perhaps the lights are simply telling you the cycle is finished. Or you might have a more serious problem in which all of your appliances are on the same electrical circuit as everything else in your house. You might need an electrician to check and see if that's the problem.

First make sure that your washer is not mixing the loads. Make sure you are not over filling the washer and you are washing the correct load.

This could be because it might be indicating that the cycle is done I really don't see anything bad about it unless you see it running weird and should get it checked.

They continue to blink because the washer is still spinning and it is letting you know that there is still something going on. When the washer stops spinning the lights should go out. If the lights don't go out it has a problem with the mother board being out of time.
