Why do I have round, red sores on my upper arms?

There can only be one reason for this condition. The body armor that you are using in your paintball fights is not providing you with adequate protection in this area. You need to find something that protects but still gives you the mobility to remain a first line player. Cost cannot be a prime consideration here.

This condition can sometimes result from sun exposur which can cause this type of reaction in many people somce the upper arms are much more sensitive to the harmful rays of direct sunlight than other parts of the body. It is often suggested to wear light,short sleeved articles of clothing which reflect the sunlight and cover the upper arms.

It could be an allergy to your bath soap or lotion. It could even be your deoderant. Certain medicince can lead to allergies as well as certain products. You could also have an infectionfrom many sources. If the rash. Doesn't clear seek the assistance of a doctor. It might be someting serious.

This thing is related to cleansing of body. I would suggest a complete internal cleansing. you should use cotton clothes.. I would suggest you to take advice of a dermatologist.
