This could be a result of diabetes medication, diabetes itself, infection, allergy- or if you are like me and never wear shoes, they may just develop. If you have diabetes get it checked soonest, and particularly if accompanied by itching, swelling or other signs, please see a doctor.

If you have always had them they can be birthmarks, even an extra nipple. If they are new they could be circulation related, most likely a bruise you didn't notice.

The appearence of dark spots on the bottom of a person's feet can idicate that a person's skin is simply irritated, or that there is a virus in the body.

Depends on the type of spots- if they are tiny might as well be beauty marks or moles but if they are larger it can be due to skin just dying possibly because you foot attire can be tight for your feet and there isn't proper blood circulution.
