Why do I feel bloated and swollen all over my body?

Answer by  Jolie (1227)

This could be from retaining water. You retain water from several things. This can happen if you are a woman and it is a week or so before your time of the month. Also this can happen if you are eating fatty or salty foods. You can eliminate this in both caes by excersise and cutting back on these foods.
