There is a chance that you may have mild traces of influenza in your lungs which may irritate you. This mild traces has no symptoms but dangerous sometimes. This may develop and change into a tuberculosis or a pneumonia. Consult a physician and check for mild traces immediately which can be treated with mild antibiotics at initial stages.

I dont know for how many days you are felling this kind of a problem. Anyways chills associated with sore body can be associated with a flu. Hence a blood work can be done to find out the cause of your flu, and this must be treated as soon as possible.

Remember, it is flu season! However, I have seen a few patients that had walking pneumonia and only had some weakness, aches, and later a fever, going from low to high fairly quickly. There are a few other more rare and possibly debilitating diseases, such as fibromyalgia, but take it one step at a time, and see a doctor.

This can have many causes but if you're not sick, you may be sleeping in a position that is causing your body to be sore when you wake up.
