Where is the ROM located in a computer?

R.O.M. or "Read Only Memory" is located in various places on the computer includin the motherboard and graphics card, optical drives and other places. Since ROM is meant to store data that cannot be (easily) changed, programs like a computers BIOS or a components firmware are often stored in ROM.

Mother board is having one system unit. Inside of this system unit Read Only Memory is located. This read only memory fully attached with this system unit and used to required applications. this is also called as nonvolatile memory.
