When do female dobermans accept a male when they are in heat?

My doberman is in heat and I want to know when to intorduce him to a male.

Female dobermans when they go into heat need to look for male doberman quickly. Femal dobermans tend not to stay in heat for long periods of time. If they are in heat and do not find suitable a suitable male doberman they can be very aggressive in nature and are annoying when in heat.

You can introduce your Doberman to a male at any time while she is in heat. This will likely result in puppies. If you don't want puppies, it's best to wait.

The dog's heat cycle lasts 21 days and the female is usually willing to accept a male starting on the 10th day, but that can vary. Sure signs of her willingness is what is known as "flagging". She will raise her tail and pulsate the vagina.

This will depend on the female doberman. Some will require candy or flowers, others will want to spend some time getting to know the stud first. Sniff around!
