Excessive urination can be a sign of a urinary tract infection, diabetes, Cushing's, or several other diseases. The best option is to go to the vet to check her urine.

Excessive urination in female dogs can be due to a number of things, such as increased intake due to excercise or heat, infection, urinary bladder stones, Diabetes or other metabolic disorder. You should take her to the veterinarian, where they can give her a physical exam, perhaps take abdominal radiographs or ultrasound and obtain a sterile urine sample.

Two possibilities that immediately come to mind are kidney problems or diabetes. Or a urinary tract infection. I think you should consult your vet and find out for sure.

She may be submissively urinating depending on the scenario, also it could be an urinary infection since she is female possibly in heat as well.
