Go back to your regular skin care regimen if you have changed it recently. Don't try to cover up the rash with makeup. It could make it worse. If it doesn't go away, see a dermatologist. It could be an allergy that causes the rash.

for rashes you can use moisturising cream, oil or soap which suits your face. you can have regular wash with the above said items. avoid going in the direct sunlight

Get an over the counter facial cleanser from your local drugstore. Wash your face for 1 to 2 minutes morning and night. Keep your hands off your face too.
