You are either drinking an excessive amount of fluids, are pregnant, have diabetes, or a urinary tract infection. I would consult a doctor to find out which one it is.

Kidney stimulants, bladder irritants and urinary tract infections are the most common causes of frequent urination. Overactive bladder and mental stress also can lead to frequent urination.

The cause to urinate often may be due to urine infections, sugar complaints or climate conditions. If the climate is cold everybody gets this.

Urination is quite often during colder temperature than the normal or it may be due to the intake of more quantity of tea, coffee or some other liquids.
