First, I would monitor how frequently he urinates - as well as whether he is urinating or marking. If it still seems problematic, take him to the vet.

If puppy urinates a lot, therefore, he should have drank a lot too, which could be a symptom of diabetis. So, you should see your vet ASAP.

Usually averytime they get up from a nap they will and if they get plying or scared alot of times it will happen and they only have a tiny little bladder so it really doesn't take alot to fill the bladder and when they are little they don't realize they even have to go until its to late.

Puppies are supposed to urinate alot. Their bladders a very small. He should be able to hold his urine for the same number of hours as months old he is.
