If you jsut recently replaced your battery, then your instrument panel isn't working because it was disengaged or unplugged from it power source and not corrected.
A blown fuse can stop your instrument panel from working. The harness that connects to the panel may have become dislodged when hitting a bump. The panel circuit board may have burned out.
