What is the normal specialty for a pasta house?

I'm taking a survey, so everyone please weigh in on this.

It seems kinda obvious to me that the normal specialty would be PASTA, served with a variety of sauces. I would say most common is Bolognese, followed perhaps by red sauce with a Meatball, Alfredo, Carbonara, clam, Puttanesca. Then there ought to be a variety of baked pastas... lasagna, ravioli, manicotti, tortolini.

i would assume carbonara or traditional bolanaise but theres many types of pasta even before the sauces, for example spaghetti, tageteille, fusilli, fettuccine etc the list goes on forever. a personal favourite of mine is an extremly rich luxury tageteille. make sure pasta is serverd piping hot.
