What is the highest state capital in elevation?

Answer by  DactyL (326)

The highest state capital city in the United States of America is Denver, Colorado. Denver is 5,281 feet above sea level. It's official elevation is exactly one mile high, and so Denver has the nickname of "The Mile High City". The Broncos even play at the Mile High Stadium. I hope this helped.
