There is a room with no windows, doors, or any sort of opening. The walls are solid steel 10 feet thick, and you are trapped inside, left only with a saw and a table. How do you escape?
The last time I heard this it was a language joke: "Saw the table in half. Two halves make a whole, so you can crawl through the hole and get out." It was sometimes followed up with "Then you shout until you're hoarse, jump on the horse and ride away."
This riddle has been answered on-line a few times already. But given the info you gave the majority of opinion or consensus of the people, is to saw the table in half, and then put the two halves together to make a whole. And you climb through the hole to escape. Are you trying to boggle us?
