it's an italian dish.it's made out of rice.U can make risotto with basicly every type of fish or meat.To make risotto, u have to cook the rise.after u cooked the rice for 2 to 3minutes,u add wine or water.Now,you are at the final step.This is a short brake for about 1minute.After the brake,you put cheas and butter in the risotto.
