There are many grasses you could choose, but all need: FULL sun (6 hours a day or more), regular (not daily) soaking, drainage (through container bottom), decent soil (any potting mix) and occaisional feeding (water soluble fertilizer). Barely cover seeds with soil and keep it moist until they germinate. Thereafter, water when the grass starts to look less vibrantly green.

Growing balcony Grass is simple. They are a very drought tolerant plant, but you really don't want to let it get to that point. Make sure you plant it in a very deep pot and in a wider but not too wide pot. Water daily in hot weather, and water every other day in cooler weather.

Balcony grass is one of the easiest to grow! First focus on the container that you will use. Interlocking wood decking tiles work well. Rye Grass is hardy and will grow well. Watch out for over watering and water run off. Place your tiles or container in the sun, plant and water. Sit back and watch it grow!

Growing balcony grass is nice but u want to grow in the place where the grass will get moderate sunlight because high or low sunlight will spoil the grass easily.
