High humidity levels or percentages depend on the current days temperature. High humidly in the winter would be considered low in the summer. On average, people feel the most physically comfortable with humidly at 45%, anything above that number will increase the feeling of temperature on body and environment.

Humidity is the amount of water vapour in the air. It tends to vary on what people think is high humidity, but typically it is considered to be that at 45% to 50% and higher. It is dependent on the place as to what is considered to be at a high humidity.
