Warts that appear on the sole of the foot are referred to as Plantar usative organism is Human Papilloma Virus.It is characterized by a rough surface protruding from skin and surrounded by a horny collar.These warts spread by direct contact and may be painful.

A planter wart is caused by the HPV virus and it occurs on the bottom of the foot or toes. There is a good blood supply to this wart so a doctor usually has to treat it.
