A good home remedy for eczema is to wash with a scrub and use lotions containing honey and aloe. Another option is turmeric, a common spice found in stores. Simply add a little to your food or in a tea and it will naturally help inflammation and irritation on the skin.

Coconut oil may be helpful for eczema. Sun light is also helpful and applying ice packs may be beneficial. Luckily, all three of these things are very easy to apply and can safely be used on hands.
