Liver, sweet potatoes, carrots, mangoes, spinach, pumpkin, kale, paypa, peppers, cantaloupe, dried apricots, milk, egg yolks, turnip greens, winter squash, collard greens, cilantro, fresh thyme, romaine lettuce, broccoli leaves, dandelion greens, mustard greens, cabbage, swiss chard, watercress, grape leaves and mozzarella cheese are all high in vitamin A and beta carotene.
