What foods contain the most vitamins?

My vitamin levels are low and I need to increase them naturally.

Blueberrie have high vitamin and antioxidant qualities plus they tast great. Prunes are also very high in vitamins and antioxidants and they can keep you regular. Mila seed is probably the most helthy food out there though it has all the vitamins,minerals and antioxidants plus it's high in fiber.
