What does termite larvae look like?

Answer by  Joe80 (866)

Termite larvae looks like any other insect larvae, like maggots for example. Termite larvae are usually smaller. They look like little caterpillars or grains of rice with segmentation and one dark end. They are usually white or beige in color.

They're going to look like really tiny worms. They're going to be usually in clumps and the termites won't be too far off from the young. They may be an off white brownish color, but more so off white. If you think you found some, kill them immediately before they become adults.

Termite eggs resemble caviar but much smaller. They are white, translucent and oval shaped. Rarely seen by human eye. Larvae are about same size, shed skin 5 times before adulthood.
