What does it mean that my Camry starts really rough?

Is it possible that your car isn't getting enough fuel? Maybe your injectors are bad or clogged. You can try running injector cleaner through the gas tank or if you're a little more skilled, you can take them out and clean them or replace them.

A rough starting problem could be a number of things. Most modern vehicles have a cold starting valve, which the proper amount of fuel for the starting procedure. It could also be a faulty catalytic converter; converters typically don't work efficiently until the motor has had time to warm to operating temperature.
