what type of code you are getting ? there are so many of them they are generally come due to the wrong version of firmware or some time they come due to updates please define more

There are many different error codes for cannon some of error codes for hardware problems and some are for driver problems hardware problem occur through the interface of hardware device and software problem occur through the drivers installed in pc computer or like drivers may not be updated. some occur through virus in pc system
