I need to know more about central canal and bilateral foraminal stenosis.

This is bony encroachment on the spinal cord and nerve roots in the spine. Conservative management can help with pain, but surgery is usually the option to totally eliminate it.

Simply put central canal and bilateral foraminal stenosis is what happens when the discs, muscles, and ligaments begin to degenerate. The recovery process has a couple of options, such as medication ( pain ), physical therapy, and surgery. Not necessarily in that order.

The spinal stenosis will be seen with the aged persons who suffer with leg pain ,weaknes. The condition make them disable and makes them suffer The syndrom of adult spinal stenosis may be due to interpedicular distance of the lumber spine vertebrae may be close to the expected normal range.

Well you need to make sure that you rest well during recovery. Don't do any physical or mental straining work as it will affect how you recover. Don't stress.
