You can try popping out the sticky keys and wiping them off with a cleaner/solvent. Also, use a can of compressed air to blow out any particles of food/debris lodged in between the keys- this may eliminate the problem.

If your computer keys stick it is most likely because you have spilled something on them like soda. Most keyboards allow you to remove the keys. Do do so it's easiest if you use a small tool like tweezers to carefully pull up on the keys and then clean them.

This mostly occurs when you spill a sticky substance over your keyboard, so you should get it cleaned or replace the keyboard. The keys of a keyboard are removable by expert users, and they can be cleaned using water and/or a special detergent. There are also companies who specialize in cleaning computer hardware.

If your key is sticking due to sticky material, remove the keys and clean it with a damp cloth. If the spring behind the key is broken, replace the keyboard.

Chances are that at some point the key board had been exposed to liquid. Try pressurized air, and using a damp Q-Tip to wipe down the area between the keys.
