Buy a can of compressed air, which is high-pressured but harmless air puffs which easily blast crumbs, gook and assorted minute junk from between the keys. Also, turn the keyboard over and shake it vigorously to remove what's lodged in there. Do not use liquid or immerse in water!

If you need to clean your computer keyboard a soft damp rag would be good to wipe over the keys, the next thing I would get would be a can of compressed air as you can spray the air on the keyboard to get the dust and dirt off of the keyboard.

It depends, for instance if it's a desktop computer or a laptop. For a desktop computer you can start by turning the keyboard upside down and start shaking it: you'll be astonished what has got into it. You can also use a vacuum cleaner for laptop keyboard.

There are many ways to clean up a computer keyboard. You can use a cotton ball and soak it in water. After that, squeeze it. Then, simply clean the keyboard. Make sure the water is carefully squeezed so that the keyboard won't be damaged because of the water in the cotton.
