Deep inside is the magma chamber. This is where the lava comes from. In the center is a hole called a conduit, where lava erupts from. The top of the volcano is the crater, and the holes are called vents. The mountain is made up of sill and hardened lava.

There are several parts to a volcano. In a volcano there are craters, a cone ,and a chamber which vents and looks like it is sending out steam and lava. There is also a canal or dike which seems to assist the lava in traveling to the ground.
