No, never give a cat any type of human medicine. It will hurt them maybe even causing death. The only thing human you can give a cat is pedialite for babies.

It is safe to give your cats only about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of milk of magnesia a day. Just make sure to not give them any more than that. It can severely upset their bowels otherwise. Also, it is really never a good idea to give a full grown cat regular drinking milk.

Who told you to do this, and for what circumstances? Was the individual a reliable source? I would consult with my veterinarian and ask just to make sure. You wouldn't want to give your cats something that could make them sick. Consult a professional before you give them anything.

No you man not give your cat milk of magnesia. What is with the cat? Does it have upset stomach? If so give it a tad bit of proxcide. Or pepto.
