115 isn't really cause for concern. The average is usually between 120-160. If it drops much lower than that, especially in the double digits, there may be cause for alarm.

Fetal heartbeats are going to vary based on how far along you are in the pregnancy and what you eat.

No it's not. That is too slow. The normal heart rate for a baby should be between 120 & 160 BPM. Your doctor should be able to tell you what you can do for the baby. It may be fine. That's not much more slower than normal.

Yes, this is normal. A fetal heart rate is faster than an adult heart rate. Any rate over 140 or 150 becomes a matter of concern, as this can mean the fetus is in distress or having health problems. If the doctor is monitoring the heart rate, they can tell you if it is a problem.
