Is it legal to keep a Goliath tarantula as a pet?

It is legal to keep any spider as a pet, even posionous ones, but it is illegal to let them out of their cages, or on neighbor's property.

yes you can keep a tarantula as a pet.most pet stores carry them. i'am not sure if it's legal in every state.but i'am pretty sure it is. you can get them at petco even or exotic pet stores.I do belieave they don't have there fang teeth.i only know this because my friend had one..

You can keep them as a pet. Be very careful that it does not escape and bite someone, you may be sued.
