Hypertension is due to blood pressure and tension in day to day life activities. Hypertension is also the symptom of lightheadedness and vomiting sensation. Hypertension due to irregular food habits and irregular sleeping hours also.

hypertension may not be the only reason of lightheadness. vertigo, illness, a fear of diziness or sudden drop in blood pressure are other reasons.
