I bought a new Samsung TV and after just two weeks, it started buzzing. Why?

I got it at Costco.

There could be something wrong with the sound, or something wrong with the way it is functioning. It could be a number of things, but I would look in the manual and call customer service. If you only bought it a short while ago, you are still protected under the warranty.

I'm not certain they've ever figured out what the problem is. I've seen reports where people had nearly all the boards inside swapped out, and the problem was not fixed.

There are several reasons a TV may buzz. Lightening damage, water damage, you may have a cable installed incorrectly, also, the television could have been dropped or overheated. You should get in touch with Costco or Samsung to see if it is under any kind of warranty, or maitenance agreement.
