Typically very quickly especially if the abortion is via evacuation and not a medical abortion. Once you remove the placenta the hormones producing the morning sickness, your morning sickness goes away very quickly. Some of the other changes of pregancy may take a little longer to go away.

I had severe morning sickness and went away before I got home from a surgical abortion. It was amazing how quickly I felt good again.

Because of the rapid change due to abortion there would still be hormones that are bound to lurk and stay within your system thus causing morning sickness and usually it takes a month for it to go away completely.

Nausea and vomiting should subside within a week of an abortion. If it does not this could be a sign that there is a more serious problem.

Morning sickness could go as long as a month after an abortion until your body regulates itself. It should decrease steadily after the abortion however.

Your pregnancy symptoms will lessen as your levels of pregnancy hormones decrease. The time this takes depends on how far along you were and if the abortion was completely successful.

Morning sickness can last about a week after you have had an abortion. It could be a different reason if it is longer then that.

How soon your morning sickness goes away after an abortion depends on how long it takes your hormones and their levels to adjust to the abortion process. The change in most women come fairly quick and the morning sickness may be end within two weeks of an abortion. If it takes any longer you may want to contact a physician.

It should disappear within a few days, for some women it goes immediately. However, the anesthesia can cause some grogginess for around a week after. If you have any concerns at all, be sure to make a follow-up appointment at the clinic you received the procedure from, as sometimes infections can occur.
