Preganancy does a number on a body. Some people will experience no immediate symptoms of being pregnant while others will experience some symptoms right away including morning sickness. Typically the hormones in your body need to rise to a level that is noticeable before the onset of morning sickness.

Morning sickness will not start till there is enough HCG in your system to cause the increased hormones that result in morning sickness. This will occur not till many weeks after implantation occurs. This will not happen till you are in your second month of pregnancy.

While it is possible, since every person's symptoms in pregnancy are different, it is unusual to experience morning sickness immediately (assuming that you mean the day after or within a day or two. ) The earliest that morning sickness occurs is usually at least two weeks after conception.

Yes you can get it very soon after getting pregnant. I had it within 2 days of my first pregnancy. It is caused by the pregnancy hormone in your system, so just depends on how fast and how much your body has of this hormone working. Good luck and feel better soon!

Every pregnancy is different. There is no definite answer to that. I had two pregnancies and I did not have any symptoms at all except craving. I was lucky that I did not have to experience that morning sickness and vomiting.
