The dose is one tablet daily. A physician sometimes increases the dose to two tablets related to a medical condition. Advise doctor you take this, it interacts with certain drugs.

If you are an adult age above 18-50 years old; the recommended dose is At least 1000mg/day of calcium and 200IU of Vitamin D daily. So just take 1 capsule a day and get the other calcium from the food you eat and Vitamin D from the Natural Source-the SUN.

You should only take one tablet a day. There is a debate as to how much vitamin D is needed. Medical research found that to much can be harmful but since it is being researched there is no definitive decision yet. Some doctors may recommend a little more based on individual cases. Consult your doctor if you for specifics.

This is a calcium supplement. I would say take the recommended dosage on the container. This is probably around one or two after a meal once a day.
