How do you disconnect the headlight buzzer on a car?

It is not recommended to remove the buzzer when the headlight is left on because it is a safety to prevent leaving the lights on and draining the battery. However, to remove it, it is mostly located at the fuse box of the car underneath the steering wheel. Some cars, the fuse box is near the engine.

I don't think you should be messing around with the electronics on your car. Depending on how new it is, you could really throw off the ecu if you change the amp draw of your electrical system.
